HISD vote on resolution to change Reagan name

Our research team at Lanier found our that the HISD board had their resolution to change the name of John H. Reagan already written by February 2016. They never had any intention of listening to the citizens at the March HISD meeting where they took their public vote to change the name of Reagan High School This is damning evidence on top of what we can already prove is a total disregard for the rule of Texas law for school districts.
