Fox make the digital/Blu Ray release of x-men dark Phoenix with original ending?

The Issue

After seeing the X-Men the dark Phoenix I wondered what was the original ending of the movie and why did it needed to change to this extent. but still no doubt the movie is excellent I just wanted to see what was the original ending. Thank you.
