Here is the update... The Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission denied this project 6-1 and unfortunately the Town Council did not take their Recommendation and it was Approved 5-2.  However, we have filed a Referendum to take it to the Ballot for the residents of Fountain Hills to decide.  I hope that you can sign our Referendum that needs to be in by November 4th with over 857 signatures to place this on the ballot.  This can only be done in person and not by ePetiton.  Check out Golden Eagle Park at 2-5 pm during the weekend if you want to sign it or at the Fountain most days from 6-8am.
