It is with sad news to announce the verdict has returned in favor of the dog-napper, Misses Laura Avery. It was ruled that 'Boston' was a gift, which is certainly not true; as I had paid the Defendant over $1,750 for pet-sitting him. Unfortunately; however, the court found favor for the Defendant (in spite of her last correspondences for me to come and get him). I'm saddened by the outcome, and will forever remember 'Boston' as mine. Farewell to my best friend, the greatest dog I ever had. I love you and wish you happiness and all the wonderful things a dog could ever have and more! May you have safety and a forever home. As for me, I wouldn't have changed this fight for the world! After all, I named a company after you.
