David Paterson is a stalwart of the Linlithgow Community and has been treated with contempt by the group in charge of fishing Linlithgow loch. He has been banned and given no reason as to why. FAFA are in breach of of the agreement that states they can only refuse a permit to an individual after consultation with scottish ministers. This has not happened. Remove this ban immediately and allow a full investigation into the working practices of FAFA.
