A public hearing will be held on the application to build 98 clustered housing units and a new and expanded clubhouse on The Indian Hills Golf Course on Breeze Hill Road.

This is one of your LAST opportunities to tell Town of Huntington how you feel about this ill-conceived project which will:

 - Increase the number of residences in the immediate neighborhood by 100%increase the size and capacity of the golf course clubhouse by 30%, for increased use by members, townhouse residents and for hosting events

-  Irreparably damage the fragile ecosystem of this property which lies in thePrimary Crab Meadow Watershed and negatively impact the stability of the already slumping coastal bluff

- Be actively under construction for a minimum of 24 monthsnegatively effect property values

- Irrevocably change the character of the neighborhood
