Planning Commission votes tomorrow!

BOC chairman Todd Levent claims to be a "homeowner candidate" and committed himself to representing the homeowners. Why then is he trying to spot rezone his and his brother's land to Industrial in the middle of the residential Hamby Road community? The homeowners (also his District constituents) oppose his efforts yet-he keeps pushing his own agenda. If he successfully spot rezones his land to industrial it sets a precedent for other properties along Hamby Road to be rezoned industrial/commercial. This would forever change Hamby Road as we now know it. Property values would be decimated. The Planning Commission votes Tuesday. Call them and tell them "no", we the homeowners of Hamby Road oppose the spot rezoning applications of Hamby Road (ZA3816 & ZA3818)!
