FORMAL RESPONSE TO PFCAOA NOTICE
Opposition to Last Respects Infrastructure Proposal

Re: Notice dated 16th July 2025 via MyGate - "To build an infrastructure place to pay last respects to departed souls"
From: Undersigned Residents & Owners of Prestige Falcon City
CLEAR STATEMENT OF OPPOSITION
We, the undersigned residents and owners of Prestige Falcon City, have reviewed the notice dated 16th July 2025 sent via MyGate regarding the proposed construction of infrastructure for paying last respects to departed souls.
WE DO NOT WANT THIS INFRASTRUCTURE TO BE BUILT IN OUR COMMUNITY.
REASONS FOR OPPOSITION
Community Priorities The Association's primary mandate is to maintain and improve amenities that serve the daily needs of living residents. We submit that current pressing infrastructure needs require immediate attention and available funds, including: Maintenance of existing common areas and facilities, Water leakage and plumbing infrastructure repairs, Enhanced security systems, Development of recreational facilities for all age groups, Environmental improvements and landscaping
Property Value and Legal Compliance Concerns. This proposal will significantly impact: Resale Values: No other residential apartment complex in the region has such infrastructure, creating a negative market perception
Rental Impact: Potential tenants may be deterred by proximity to such facilities. Legal Violations: Construction of such infrastructure may violate Civic Authority site legalities and approved building plans
Community Harmony Concerns: Such infrastructure may inadvertently create religious and cultural divisions within our diverse community. Rather than uniting residents, it risks highlighting differences in religious practices and beliefs, potentially leading to conflicts over usage, scheduling, and maintenance.
While the notice states that religious reasons prevent bringing deceased family members into their own homes, imagine the plight of residents and children who would be forced to live next to such a facility every single day. Our community thrives on inclusivity, where personal religious practices remain private family matters.
We respectfully request that the PFCAOA Executive Committee to withdraw this proposal immediately. Focus community resources on amenities that benefit all residents. Consult the community before making any major infrastructure decisions.
Death arrangements are personal family matters, and we should leave them to the respective families to manage it.
SIGNATURES We, the undersigned residents and owners, OPPOSE this proposal:
