The roads in Natchitoches Parish, outside of the city limits are deplorable!  This is a FORMAL DEMAND to The Natchitoches Parish Government, Parish President, Mr. Rick Nowlin,  to come up with a plan to replace and repair the roads through out the parish! Not with NEW taxes. The Parish Residents are tired of being treated as " The Step-Child" and treated as if we are uneducated. We are DEMANDING that the parish government get the job that they are paid for done and repair and replace the roads in the parish!!!
