Formal Complaint Regarding Harassment, Surveillance, Systemic Violations of Civil rights
The Issue
I am submitting this petition to expose and challenge ongoing harassment, surveillance, and violations of my civil and human rights by government entities and affiliated actors. These abuses are not isolated—they reflect a coordinated pattern of retaliation and obstruction that has endangered my safety, destroyed my property, and interfered with my ability to protect and provide for my children.
Documented Violations
- Harassment and Intimidation: Repeated verbal abuse, threats, and excessive force during arrest resulting in physical injury and suspected nerve damage.
Violates 18 U.S.C. § 242
- Unlawful Surveillance: Persistent monitoring by unfamiliar vehicles and suspected electronic tracking.
Violates Fourth Amendment; 42 U.S.C. § 1983
- Obstruction of Justice: Court clerks have refused valid filings, including emergency motions and affidavits of hardship.
Violates Fourteenth Amendment; 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)
- Invasion of Privacy: Unauthorized entries, property destruction, and tampering with personal belongings.
Violates Fourth Amendment; 18 U.S.C. § 241
- Defamation and Isolation: False narratives have been spread to discredit me and suppress advocacy posts on platforms like Nextdoor and Facebook.
Violates First Amendment; 42 U.S.C. § 1985(3)
- Psychological Manipulation: These tactics have caused severe emotional distress and fear, yet I continue to document and advocate with precision.
Violates Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 5
Why This Matters
This country isn't just a flag or a fleeting thought. It is defined—fully and unmistakably—in the first sentence of our Constitution: “We the People.” That phrase is not symbolic. It is binding. It is the foundation of every right, every protection, and every duty owed to us by those who swear to uphold it.
Let this serve as a reminder: the people are not beneath the institutions. The institutions exist to serve the people.
What I’m Asking For
- A full and impartial investigation into the conduct of all involved agencies and personnel
- Immediate cessation of surveillance, intimidation, and obstruction
- Restoration of access to judicial remedies and public platforms
- Accountability for those who have violated their oaths and abused their authority
I have gathered verified signatures from others who can attest to the validity of these claims. Their voices matter. Our dignity matters.
If you believe in truth, justice, and the protection of our shared rights, please sign and share this petition.
Sincerely,
Steven Dudley Reeves II
