Additionally, I have observed that caravan parking has become a significant law and order issue in certain areas under the Sunshine Coast Council due to a lack of clear legislation or council regulations. In some instances, caravan owners are residing far from their registered addresses and using public roads as storage for caravans, some of which may be involved in illegal activities such as the sale or storage of stolen vehicles. This is not an isolated incident and raises serious concerns regarding the enforcement of regulations and the overall safety of the community.

I respectfully request that the council take appropriate action to address these issues, whether through the enforcement of parking restrictions for caravans, the identification of alternative parking locations, or the introduction of new legislation.
