Hi folks. First of all, I want to give my heartfelt thanks for those supporting this petition.

Some news as well. There has been some media interest in this issue, and I have been approached by a mainstream Queensland Newspaper regarding a potential story.

I just also wanted to give some additional information about this issue. Origin Energy are playing games with me at the moment. They are NOW DENYING THAT I WAS A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS AT THE TIME! They are using this excuse as a way to get out of providing any information to me - at all!!!!

I will keep you folks updated as this saga plays out, however I am reminded about ORIGIN ENERGY's response to me a few years ago when I discovered I had the judgement against me - because I called them up as soon as I found out and tried to do the right thing and pay the bill!!! I didn't know at the time that the bill consisted of 'access fees' they continued to charge me, even though the electricity was turned off.

THEIR RESPONSE? An employee working for their debt collection section actually LAUGHED AT ME! Yes, they laughed when I requested that they remove the judgement against me if I paid the bill.... Even though they KNEW I WAS A 2011 FLOOD VICTIM. 

I am of the opinion that refusing access to information I might need to mount a legal challenge to them may fit the criteria for a criminal offence - Attempt to Pervert the Course of Justice!
