I was notified that the judge has kicked the trial over into the end of 2022 because of COVID. I think this is the fifth time it has been adjourned since the action was brought in 2010.

With not one word of support from any organized rec-sector group, I think the gate issue in BC is a lost cause.

Anyhow, thanks for the support and I'll be back at it in 2022.
