The corporate owners of Ragged Mountain that are funding the fight for access have indicated agreement in principle to allocate us a 1/2 acre staging area on their private property for ATVs and hunting/fishing access to Sooke Mountain Provincial Park and adjacent crown land.

They recognize the need for community support to gain access to their own private property. 

In return, they have requested that we generate support via this petition. 

This may be the most important access fight that will ever be won in BC, and could set legal precedent for the operation of gates everywhere!
