He has been referred to as "Rising Star" - "Super Lawyer" - "Top Rated" personal injury attorney in Saint Louis claiming multi million dollar results but he has been reduced to litigating for crumbs...!

Anthony R. Friedman Mo. Bar. # 65531 d.b.a. The Friedman Law Firm LLC in St. Louis, St. Charles Missouri formerly with The Simon Law Firm P.C. in St. Louis Missouri is now in private practice because he was dismissed from The Simon Law Firm P.C. for poor performance. 

Anthony R. Friedman was lead counsel in the matter of Pepper v. Gelfand a medical malpractice complaint that was tried in the 21st Judicial Circuit of St. Louis county between 2019-2024 before his departure from The Simon Law Firm P.C. on June 30,2023.

Now here is the kicker - During a mediated settlement agreement conference scheduled on June 26, 2023 Anthony R. Friedman share privileged information with defense counsel that was contained within an e;mail from Pepper addressed to Friedman without consent. Attorney Anthony R. Friedman was trying to force a settlement of the case so that he could collect his fee prior to departure. - Friedman colluded with defense counsel to undermine Pepper's complaint that Pepper had been waiting for a resolution for four years. Pepper did not yield to this persuasion and the negotiations were a failure.

In summary. Pepper has filed a complaint with the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Missouri naming Anthony R. Friedman as Respondent citing a multitude of violations of the Missouri Model Rules of Professional Conduct. - The complaint was delivered to the O.C.D.C. on December 22, 2025.

In the mean time however. Since Friedman moved into private practice he has been "litigating for crumbs" and his latest humiliation was to represent a plaintiff / landlord and for a $500 fee filed all of the motions, attended hearings and filed post trial documents to attach the womans savings at her credit union. A sixty year old single woman who works at The Waffle House. She works at The Waffle House.

Now, this woman has realized financial problems and she didn't pay her rent. The landlord is entitled to the property and the recovery of back rent. However, this is what I refer to as "sleaze litigation" it is the bottom of the barrel for an attorney to get involved in. A "rising star" Super Lawyer who claims to handle complex litigation and realizing multi-million dollar results for his clients is chasing after "sleaze money". 

But it gets worse....

This same Anthony R. Friedman advertises an address in St. Charles Missouri as his "office suite" however, the address is a post office box at the UPS Store in Mid Rivers Mall. - This is the address: 6209 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. Ste. 204 St. Charles, Mo. 63304. - At the same time he was operating illegally out of his home in violation of the St. Charles County Planning and Zoning ordinances.

In conclusion ladies and gentlemen, after Friedmans withdrawal of representation I transformed into a consumer advocate and citizen journalist to hold attorneys, lawyers and law firms accountable for their misconduct and the injury they cause to their clients. - It has only just begun.
