Dear Petitioners,

We wanted to provide you with an update on our ongoing communication with Calgary Foothills Soccer Club.

The club has responded to the questions and concerns raised in the petition. Those of you who registered for the upcoming indoor season would have received this response directly via the email address you provided to the club. Anyone who signed the petition after the initial submission date would not have received this communication. Specific to these petitioners, we will forward the additional signatures to the club and request they extend communication to you as well.

The club suggested a face-to-face meeting to discuss concerns, but we’ve decided to continue addressing these matters via email. This will allow us to ensure that all questions are addressed in an organized manner and that any gaps between the questions and answers provided are resolved.

We’re encouraged by the initial response from the club and are currently reviewing the information. We expect to complete our review by next week, at which point we’ll follow up with any additional questions to ensure everything submitted is thoroughly addressed.
