Dear Members,

Thank you for your ongoing support and dedication to improving our club. Recently, the club sent an email encouraging everyone to use the appropriate feedback channels and participate in the latest survey regarding our children's soccer experience during the Outdoor 2024 Season.

While we appreciate the club's efforts to listen to our voices, we believe that it's equally important to see tangible actions based on our feedback. The purpose of this petition is to formally request action on issues that have remained unaddressed in previous surveys.  

It has been observed that while these surveys are conducted every season, the same concerns tend to reappear, indicating a need for more effective solutions. These common issues have persisted for years, highlighting the need for a more proactive approach. This petition seeks to address broader systemic issues within the Board's operations, rather than focusing on the front-line staff, who we greatly value.

By uniting and formally requesting action, we aim to drive the necessary changes to enhance our club and improve the experience for our children. Thank you for your continued support and for advocating for the betterment of our Foothills community.
