To the world leaders,United Nations, World Food Programme (WFP), Red Cross and  EU Humanitarian Aid.

We, concerned global citizens, call for immediate and non-negotiable action to enforce the human right to food in all regions affected by war — starting with Palestine, but also extending to Sudan, Yemen, Ukraine, and other conflict zones.

The right to food is enshrined in Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in international law. Yet in many war-torn regions, access to food is deliberately blocked, politicized, or used as a weapon — leaving millions of civilians, including children, to starve.

We demand the following:

Immediate humanitarian access for food aid agencies in conflict areas, free from military obstruction or political conditions.
International condemnation and sanctions against any government or force that uses hunger as a tool of war.
Permanent legal recognition of food access as a non-derogable right in all humanitarian law and conflict treaties.
Emergency international response teams for famine prevention — with funding and logistical power.

Hunger must never be used as a weapon. Starving children is not collateral damage — it is a war crime.

We urge you to act — not with statements, but with action — and make this right real for every human being, no matter the borders.
