Please join and share our Facebook Group it would be wonderful if all those who have signed our petition 538 so far would join our group FB page, as we need the strength of unity in numbers to be able to bring pressure to bear upon Folkestone & Hythe District Council. We owe it to future generations to safeguard, protect, and preserve our precious Leas Promenade from the loss of even more sea views and potential landslides as a result of tall hedges that would not look out of place at Aintree race track on Grand National Day and the blight of tall heavy trees not native to our shores like the invasive self seeding Holm Oaks and Sycamores perched perilously on cliff tops that will eventually fall and take the cliff/hillside and paths with them. We have seen this along the Leas Promenade and on the Road Of Remembrance; we will not be forgiven by those to come for having not forced our local authority to act now before it becomes too late.
