For those of you following the latest Kevin Rutherford drama... Let me explain what I believe is really going on here. I believe Kevin is engaged in tortuously interfering with our SBTC membership, using a hit piece that was put out by Overdrive that is grounded in unethical actions taken by FMCSA and other competing trade groups in an attempt to take me as the VOLUNTEER president of the SBTC down.
