ROYAL BOROUGH'S DOUBLE STANDARDS

Councillors are still regfusing to fly the union flag at Osgood Park in Windsor.  They are happy to celebrate union flag bunting (not union jack bunting!) being put up near the castle for tourists but do not see the need to fly our flag on an empty flagpole for the benefit of Windsor's resisdents.
