Search efforts are expected to continue Saturday for Diana Alvarez, the San Carlos Park girl who went missing more than a year ago.
Volunteers with the Peace River K9 Search and Rescue team launched a new search this week near 10-year-old Diana's home.
They say they uncovered DNA that has them planning a search this weekend in the Okeechobee area.
