The crime of inflicting physical pain and suffering on an innocent animal beyond necessity for normal discipline is considered ABUSE. The abuse towards the innocent puppy, Milagro, is so monstrous that the animal has suffered and was put in imminent danger.  The act of witnessing or knowing of abuse, allowing abuse, or lying to cover it up, is just as bad as abuse.

She has been taken in, had surgery and medical care, and will heal. We would like to respectfully request that the person(s) who chose to abuse her in such a manner be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and that justice for Milagro be served.
