So we have come to the consensus this will be an outdoor park.  The cost of the insurance/liability alone, is too high for us to foot as a nonprofit group.  Then if we look a the number of staff or volunteers needed each day, it would be tough too.

With doing an outdoor park, we can look for shady trees for the summer, and having part of the park partially covered in some way.

We can then welcome skateboarders, roller skaters, scooter riders, and bike riders.

We plan to have food trucks, some music, and keep it a really family friendly place.
