We met with a mentor from SCORE (great organization, you should look them up), and got some great guidelines on what to do next.
Our next step is for all of us to meet & focus on a more detailed plan.  Next will be presenting our plan to the mayor.
After that, or at the same time, we will be applying for nonprofit status.
