We, the residents of El Camino Village, are calling on Verizon Wireless to urgently address the horrendous cell service in our neighborhood.

Reliable mobile service is essential for daily life — whether it’s for work calls, staying connected with family, or contacting emergency services.

Unfortunately, Verizon’s coverage in El Camino Village is so poor that calls frequently drop, texts fail to send, and data connections are unreliable and completely unusable.

This is not just an inconvenience. It’s a serious safety issue. In an emergency, poor service could prevent residents from contacting 911 or loved ones. For those of us who work remotely, bad coverage disrupts our livelihoods and leaves us disconnected from essential communication.

We pay Verizon for dependable service and deserve the same level of connectivity that other communities receive.

We are asking Verizon to:

• Acknowledge the service issues in El Camino Village.
• Provide a clear plan and timeline for improving coverage.
• Invest in infrastructure upgrades (such as new towers, small cells, or other technology) to bring our service up to acceptable standards.

 By signing this petition, we demand that Verizon Wireless take immediate and concrete action to fix the cell service in El Camino Village. We won’t stop raising our voices until we get the reliable coverage we are paying for.
