Thank you for signing this petition. Your support has helped bring this issue to the attention of people who can actually change the law.

Since this petition launched, the campaign has grown. We now have an active UK Parliament petition that if it reaches 10,000 signatures by 2 June, legally requires the Government to respond. This is the step that moves us from raising awareness to forcing action.

We need you with us on the Parliament petition too:

A major development this month: the House of Commons Library - Parliament's own research service confirmed in writing that there is no consistent safeguard for neurodivergent defendants in consent cases, and no government plans to introduce one. That's Parliament itself acknowledging the gap we've been campaigning to close.

What you can do now:

  1. Sign the Parliament petition at the link above (takes 30 seconds, UK residents/citizens only)
  2. Share it with three people who care about fair trials and disability rights
  3. Contact your MP and ask them to support the five reforms we're asking Parliament to deliver

The deadline is 2 June. Every signature between now and then matters.

Thank you for standing with us.
