Friday the 13th & Jason fans, it's time to speak up.

The new design for Jason Voorhees in the "Jason Universe" is a huge disappointment to all the longtime fans of the franchise. Instead of honoring the iconic look that made Jason a legend in the horror world, the creators have presented us with a generic AI version that looks more like a cheap Halloween costume than the legendary character we've loved for over four decades.

Jason’s classic Jacques Plante style hockey mask, his large, deformed frame & the simplistic, grounded look from the earlier films is what originally made him instantly unforgettable. The new mask design cheapens everything that made him iconic. We lifelong fans deserve better than, "thirteen vent holes for the sake of having thirteen vent holes."

We urge the team behind the Jason Universe to *ACTUALLY* listen to the fans and revise the character design to reflect the classic Jason we're all familiar with. This is more than nostalgia—this is about preserving horror history and giving fans something they can truly get excited about.
