We, the residents of Link Apartments NoDa, are requesting immediate action from management to address unfair parking policies and the ongoing lack of adequate parking.

Currently, residents pay $100 per month for parking, yet we are also being required to pay additional fees for guest parking. We believe this is unreasonable, especially considering the current shortage of parking spaces due to damage to the parking deck following the recent fire. Residents are already dealing with reduced parking availability, yet management has not provided alternative solutions or relief from these extra fees.
