What Mojang Support says about the long loading times

December 7: my friend sends an email to mojang support asking them to fix the long loading times on nintendo switch.

December 10: mojang replies with something like this:

"we are aware of the situation. we have tried to fix it, but we can't"

at least mojang knows about this. but me and my friend are both confused because this doesn't look so hard to fix, its just loading time

but the goal of this petition isnt to get mojang aware, but to get mojang to fix it. so keep sharing and signing!!!!! we are 2 signatures away from our first goal of 5 signatures
