The I-66 Express Lanes do not track babies in car seats and are charging vehicles the full toll if you have HOV3+ your EZPass Flex. If the account holder does not check the transaction, then they will unknowingly be charged the toll. The camera system needs to be updated to mimic how the Express Lanes for I-495/395/95 are. This change needs to happen immediately to stop unnecessary and incorrect toll charges. I personally have been charged 3 times already. I have called the customer service line to dispute and address the issue, but even then, it takes forever for them to manually review the footage and reverse the transaction. None of the representatives seem to care about the underlining issue and do not care to resolve the problem. Luis Vazquez, the CEO of I-66 Express Mobility Partners, needs to know the problem and correct it immediately. I-66 was built off of taxpayers' money. We do not need additional and incorrect charges being added to what we built.
