Friends, I'm happy to declare victory and report that this petition is now officially closed! 🚩

Despite all the naysayers, our contacts at the DOB technical team have been listening to and addressing many of the IT issues we and the plumbers in our network struggle with on an ongoing basis!  

For continued success of this effort, please submit any additional issues you or your clients are seeing, and we will try to have them addressed them one by one!
