Every day, MTSU commuter students struggle to find parking. Many of us arrive early, circle lots for 20+ minutes, and still end up parking far from campus , sometimes missing class or work because there simply isn’t enough space.

Commuter parking should support students who travel daily, not make our college experience harder. We’re asking MTSU Administration and Parking Services to take immediate action to improve commuter parking accessibility.

We’re requesting:

Additional commuter-designated lots closer to main academic buildings

A reevaluation of parking permit distribution and lot enforcement
Better communication about available parking options or shuttle services

We love MTSU, but we need real solutions, not tickets and frustration. Sign this petition to show that commuter students deserve better access, safer parking, and fair treatment on campus.
