Hello everyone, 

ACA 9 is active (though it still has not been referred to a committee), and people can call their representatives and urge them to take this seriously and demand a hearing on this Assembly Constitutional Amendment, which would reinstate Prop. 58 and Prop. 193. As you know, it would need a 2/3 vote in each house to get on the ballot, and then it would need a simple majority to pass. Everybody can to go to http://findyourrep.legislature.ca.gov to look up the names and contact information of their state representatives.
