The City has known about flooding and drainage problems at Basin Fields for years.  They know rains are coming, and fail to take proactive measures to prevent flooding on the same fields, in the same locations.  The watering system is broken.  Center field on #2 and #4 have been a wet mess long before our recent rains.  Preventative maintenance and some post rain action and accountability is needed.   Other counties don't have these issues.  Those fields are playable today.
