Many witnessed on live cam a 26 day old eaglet bleed to death on the nest due to laws preventing immediate access. We would like to change the law regarding the wait time an agency can legally rescue or render aid to all wildlife that is in immediate danger of demise. As soon as it’s determined that death would be within hours rescue agencies would be allowed immediate access for rescue.
