Many thanks to the Press and Journal for reporting on this scandal that has been growing on Lewis since 2014, leaving 6000 of us without dental care. We have had it with whingeing and promises of what might happen, depending on whether a specific dentist gets a contract that's lucrative enough to suit him. Our teeth are rotting or falling out. We need a firm promise from the Scottish government that registration WILL RESUME, and by a SPECIFIC DATE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
