WE THE PEOPLE WILL TAKE IT FROM HERE! The United States government abandoned their oath. We’re reclaiming our future.  This is a declaration of peaceful power & permanent shutdown of corrupt governance. By the Sovereign People of the United States, across the land we love.  

We, the People of the United States — not as voters or parties, but as free and sovereign beings — do now declare:

We no longer recognize the authority of any government, office, or institution that violates the Constitution, serves corporate interests, and abandons its moral duty to protect life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Your shutdown is not a crisis to us — it’s a gift.
The truth is, you have not been “up” in a very long time.
While you played politics, we buried our veterans.
While you funded war, we lost homes and hope.
While you handed billionaires our future, we fed each other from empty pockets.

You have failed your oath.
You have breached your contract.
You have broken faith with the people.

 
So We Say, With Full Sovereignty:
Stay shut down.
You no longer serve us.
We are not waiting for your reboot.
We are rebooting this nation without you.

 
We Declare the Following Truths:
The Constitution is the supreme law — not executive orders, corporate bribes, or bureaucratic games.
Any government that does not honor the Constitution is null and void in our hearts and systems.
We are reclaiming our power — to build homes, create healing, and restore liberty — without asking permission.
We do not consent to be governed by liars, lobbyists, or lawbreakers.
We will care for our own, protect the vulnerable, and rebuild communities from the ground up.
We do this not with violence, but with vision. Not with hatred, but with truth.
 
From This Day Forward:
We create parallel systems of justice, healing, and housing rooted in human dignity
We organize under natural law and the true Constitution, not corrupt officials
We withhold our energy, attention, and resources from any system that feeds tyranny
We gather, declare, and rebuild — one town, one family, one heart at a time
 
This is not rebellion. This is restoration.
This is not treason. This is truth.
This is not the end. This is the return of a public service system that is of the people, by the people, and for the people.
And we say to every soul who still believes in freedom:

Join us. Rise with us. The old has fallen. The new is rising.
We the People will take it from here.
And we will not be stopped.
