To President Trump, Congress, and DHS Leadership:  Remove Lyons and Noem Immediately

We, the undersigned, demand the immediate removal of Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem for overseeing deadly, unconstitutional abuses that erode public trust and violate Americans' rights. Their leadership has fueled fatal shootings, lies, and lawlessness—ending now.

Reasons for Todd Lyons' Removal
- Oversaw ICE killings of U.S. citizens Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis, defending masked agents amid public outrage and DHS funding stalls.​
- Defied federal Judge Patrick Schiltz, who summoned him for contempt over unlawful detention and only canceled after forced compliance.​
- Authored leaked May 2025 memo authorizing warrantless home entries via administrative warrants, gutting Fourth Amendment protections and sparking lawsuits.​
- Shifted from targeting criminals to Amazon-style mass roundups, dismantling constitutional training per whistleblower Ryan Schwank.​

Reasons for Kristi Noem's Removal
- Fabricated a cannibal immigrant story alongside Trump, debunked by DHS insiders as entirely false, demonizing immigrants and fueling brutal crackdowns.​
- Falsely labeled killed citizens Good and Pretti "domestic terrorists," denied U.S. citizen detentions despite 170 cases (including her raid), and lied about veteran deportations.
- Faces H.Res. 996 impeachment (187+ cosponsors, led by Rep. Robin Kelly) for obstruction, self-dealing, lies, and high crimes amid Minneapolis killings and oversight failures.

Our Demand
