FIRE RYAN WARSOFKY.

The current head coach of the San Jose Sharks... who is completely incapable of coaching this team.

The pointless line mixing, the constant benching of his younger players whilst letting the veterans make every mistake. But they're "earning their ice time", apparently. Bad decision after bad decision. No structure. No consistency. Trying to turn his players into something they're not, which ruins their confidence.

This team used to be passionate, exciting, full of promise. Ryan Warsofsky and his complete lack of coaching ability has ruined this team.

Something needs to change. And it starts with him.

"When all of the fruit of the tree is rotten the rot always starts at the roots. Those roots need to be culled."
