Matt Eberflus is the current Chicago Bears head coach. He has over 30 loses in around 2 1/2 seasons with the Bears. Eberflus has never won a road game against a team with a winning record. This season Matt Eberflus hasn’t won against a team with a winning record. This team has lost 6 games in a row. Matt Eberflus is what’s holding this team back from becoming there best. There is great potential in many of the Chicago Bears players. Over these past couple years it’s become apparent that Matt Eberflus is a main issue with this team. We cannot allow Eberflus to ruin the incredible talent that this team has. If Matt Eberflus is not fired soon we may see the Bears team get worse.
