My loved one is in a medium-security prison, and phone calls, Zoom meetings, and emails are down daily for all Wisconsin prisons. Communication with the outside world is crucial on a daily basis. This is unacceptable, and a change needs to be made immediately! ICS Solutions has consistently failed to provide reliable services for inmates' communication needs. Inmates rely on these systems to maintain relationships with their families, which is essential for their mental health and rehabilitation.

We demand that ICS Solutions be fired as the service provider for all Wisconsin prisons and replaced with a new provider that will not have these on going problems. Sign this petition to ensure that our loved ones can stay connected with us without constant disruptions!
