Email Campaign Success:
Your emails have made a big impact. Several supporters also met with the local police and Dave Cohen’s office to advocate for our cause.

RVs Cleared:
Through ongoing communication with the SJPD, we’re happy to report that the RVs in front of the park have been cleared! Additionally, the RVs on Lundy/Sierra have also been removed.

Recent Supreme Court rulings on homelessness laws have empowered the SJPD to take more decisive action, which has helped us make these strides.

Celebrating Wins:
We are reclaiming our community spaces! Thanks to your dedication, we can once again enjoy our park and feel safe as our kids play in the park facilities. This is a big step forward for all of us, and it wouldn’t have been possible without your continued effort and momentum.

We Need You Now More Than Ever!
While we’ve made great progress, there’s still much work to be done. Many RVs still parked next to 7-11 all the way to Park area. We have nearly 400 families and individuals who signed this petition—but not enough have taken further action. Here’s how you can help:

Weekly Emails to Decision-Makers: 

Click on the link provided under each decision-maker’s name in the petition. Keep sending emails every week until you receive a satisfactory response or the RVs are fully removed. Your voice matters!
Donate to Promote the Petition: Even small donations (as low as $5) to Change.org can boost the visibility of this petition and help us reach more supporters. Remember, these RVs are not only an eyesore but also a safety hazard. They are bringing down property values by thousands of dollars and pose a high risk of fire—something we’ve unfortunately witnessed with RV fires in the past.
