Aquilini, Allvin and others - Clarification

Since creating this petition and sharing it through social media, some have challenged me suggesting Rutheford isn't the problem and instead the problem is Aquilini. Rutherford isn't THE problem, I agree. But he is A problem. So is Allvin, the GM (and Benning before him). And certainly, so is Francesco Aquilini! But Rutherford specifically has demonstrated a complete lack of class, respect and dignity for so openly casting doubt on his coach, even back in the off-season, boxing him (and his players) in creating much of the despondency that's now showing on the ice. This is clear evidence of Jim Rutherford's incompetence in a role responsible for the team's performance on the ice. So, this petition does not ignore the culpability of all other management and ownership responsible for this debacle, but the solution has to start somewhere. I believe it has to start with the executive most vocally throwing others below him under the bus, and that's Rutherford!
