Both United and Chelsea have sacked the managers they entered the season with (Amorim for United and Maresca for Chelsea), and have since looked more tactically sound, positive, and vibrant. Meanwhile, Liverpool have stuck with Slot so far, and are stuck in a rut right now, with little hope of Slot turning bad result and negative vibes around.
