Hello. Haven't made an update in a while but here we go.

Recently it was announced that Ähtäri Zoo, which hosts the two pandas that were sent to Finland in 2018 is in deep financial trouble. Because of this, the zoo is considering sending the two pandas back to China. This is actually the second year in the row this has happened. I think it's finally time to send the pandas back.

China is known for using pandas as a foreign policy tool in an effort to stop criticism towards its horrific human rights record. As such, the pandas should ideally never have been brought to Finland, but now there's a perfect chance to fix past mistakes.

Because of this, I started a petition targeted towards Ähtäri Zoo and the Finland-China Business Association, which has reportedly been contacted for additional financing. The message is simple: send the pandas back.

According to the zoo themselves, the pandas could be sent back early next year if they can't find additional financiers. Now it's the perfect time to put pressure, so please join me.
