I made this petition to make sure that  SADISTIC and MEAN animal shelter EMPLOYEES are removed for good from the animal shelters this issue does not let fulfill the reason for what this organization was created. The shelter can work better with the same budget and more amazing people, animals can get a home easier with the right employees and volunteers working for them we need change now!

He hecho esta peticion para asegurarme que los empleados SADICOS and MALOS que trabajan en los shelter sean removidos para siempre  de los shelters este problema no ha dejado que la organizacion cumpla el objetivo para el cual fue creada, el shelter puede funcionar con el mismo presupuesto y gente fabulosas y buena que haran que los animales sean adoptados con mas facilidad , con los correctos empleados y voluntarios trabajando para los  animales, nosotros necesitamos un cambio ahora!

Hire only compassionate people on shelters and move the ones that are already there who are not fit for the position to another county or city position. make every year an evaluation on the status of the new employee if this is not fit anymore end his position without transfering to another job in the county or city. Do not hire employee sadic or violent temper background

Hire receptionists that call all the potential adoptive person before any dog is put down 

Get thousands of volunteers to work in the shelter that are going to be veterinarians and nurses to do the job, giving them many options for schedules,  including overnight options.

Create an internal team of student volunteers with knowledge of law background that investigate bad behavior towards the animals coming from employees.

Create a team of students from universities with strong financial background to do audit every year.

Create a team of volunteer without veterinary background or nurse background to help every day feeding and cleaning works

Make a law that removes supervisors, managers and directors from the shelter that are acting with unethical behavior and make them pass psychological test before they move to become supervisors, managers or directors.
