Homeowners pay dues to protect and maintain their communities — not to line the pockets of developers. Across Florida, HOA communities have been exploited through conflicts of interest, hidden contracts, and financial loopholes that allow developers to keep profiting long after homeowners should be in control.

This is not fair, and it must stop.
