After changing the order that restored my custody and gave me weekend visitations, Reign was dropped off by Victor with what appeared to be a resolving black eye on 9/1/23. 

9/8/23 a mandated reporter contacted CPS after I picked him up from school. 

On 9/9/23 Victor Lane Turner presented another child for the CPS inspection and successfully closed another CPS child abuse investigation. 

After I didn't return Reign that following Monday as ordered, Victor filed to hold me in contempt and to take away my parenting time 9/12/23. Just a day before on 9/11/23 the honorable Tracy Van Den Burgh denied my request to keep Reign in my custody for fear of his safety.

On 9/20/23 the honorable Tracy Van Den Burgh granted that request and suspended my parenting time with Reign. 

Reign turned 5 on 10/22/23. I promised him we would have a great time celebrating his day. Another milestone stolen from me. 

The honorable Van Den Burgh is denying me access to Reign until the Evidentiary Hearing. Van Den Burgh did not return Reign upon being notified that Victor presented another child to cover up what he and his girlfriend did to my baby after being returned to their household unsupervised 8/16/23. 

Please contact Anne Lahaine at LaHaineA@michigan.gov stating that you are concerned of Reign's safety & the lack of follow up for his dad presenting another child to continue to cover up and get away with child abuse.
