 a court hearing has been had today about the case with delta 8, (https://www.youtube.com/c/HometownHeroCBD/videos this channel that I have linked has frequent news updates about the case and if you want more details head over there. As of right now the judge is looking over the massive amounts of lawful evidence that will prove it to be legal, and prove that it has been since 2018, when Mr. Abbot himself signed the bill, lets hope they don't drag this one out.
